No Returns & No Replacements

We do not accept returns or offer replacements for any products once sold.

Exceptions – Damaged Products

A replacement or refund will only be provided in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Process for Claiming a Replacement or Refund

  2. Provide your order number, clear images or videos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.
  3. Once we review and approve the claim, we will initiate a replacement (if stock is available) or a refund in case of unavailability.

Important Notes

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging when reporting damage.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
