No Returns & No Replacements
We do not accept returns or offer replacements for any products once sold.
Exceptions – Damaged Products
A replacement or refund will only be provided in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Process for Claiming a Replacement or Refund
- Email us at [your email] or WhatsApp at [your contact number] within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.
- Provide your order number, clear images or videos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.
- Once we review and approve the claim, we will initiate a replacement (if stock is available) or a refund in case of unavailability.
Important Notes
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging when reporting damage.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
